Christmas Festivities

We have had a lot of fun getting ready for Christmas this year. We got our first real Christmas tree.

We don't have a whole lot of decorations, but I had fun with what we have

Nathan decorated the bushes and yard with the limited lights and such we have.

For Christmas our town has a living window display. It was a lot of fun, and for those of you that are Gilmore Girls obsessed like myself will understand when I say that it was VERY Stars Hallow. All the businesses downtown stayed open late and had displays in their window. Some were people singing, others were elves. The hair school has the students doing hair like the whos from whoville, and a childrens clothing store had a puppet that talked to the people as they passed. There was hot cocoa and sleigh rides. It was a lot of fun.

Emma even got to meet Santa, of course she slept through it... someday she will appreciate him.

We had a tacky Christmas sweater party at a friends, lots of really awesome tacky sweaters!

We made our annual Gingerbread House.

We hope you all have a Merry Christmas with all of your holiday traditions!

Loved seeing all the pics...even though we were there! :) Emma is such a doll. I hope you were able to get the tree in it's upright and locked position again.
